The United States government was created to protect the God-given rights of the American people.
As a Constitutional conservative, I am committed to the Constitution and to the constitutional principles of limited government, states’ rights, and individual liberties.
We have experienced an unparalleled expansion of the federal government that has inflated the limited authority granted to it in the Constitution.
It is common sense to American families that they cannot spend more than they have - but this same principle has been lost on Congress.
There is no more important role for our Federal government than to “preserve, protect, and defend” the United States of America and her citizens.
We must maintain the resolve to win the war against terrorism and Islamic extremists. That is the surest way to protect our freedom and achieve peace.
While the United States is a nation of immigrants we must also remember that we are a nation of laws.
All Americans who serve in the U.S. military took an oath to protect this country and the freedoms that we hold dear.
